1. Distributor Eligibility

To become an authorized distributor, applicants should:

• Possess basic storage and distribution facilities

• Maintain a retail or wholesale network in their region

• Be willing to promote SRIJON® FMCG products

2. Distributor Investment

Distributor appointment may require:

• Security Deposit: As per company policy

• Initial stock purchase

• Agreement for business partnership

3. Distributor Responsibilities

Authorized distributors are expected to:

• Promote and expand the brand in their territory

• Maintain product availability in the market

6. Termination
