1. Order Cancellation

Customers may cancel their order under the following conditions:

  • Orders can be cancelled before the product is shipped.

  • Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

2. Return Policy

Returns may be accepted only under the following circumstances:

  • Product received is damaged during delivery

  • Product received is incorrect or different from the order placed

  • Product packaging is tampered or defective

Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images.


3. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of food and FMCG products, the following items are generally not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used products

  • Products returned without original packaging

  • Products returned after the specified return period


4. Refund Process

If a return request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method or bank transfer

  • Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider


5. Replacement Policy

In case of damaged or incorrect products, SRIJON® FMCG may offer:

  • Product replacement, or

  • Refund if replacement is not available


6. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are generally non-refundable

  • In case of damaged or incorrect products, return shipping may be covered by the company
